摘　　要：汉钢1080m^3高炉于2015年2月10日停炉中修,3月20日20:08点火送风;开炉前扒除铁口周围的焦炭、选择合适的开炉方案及送风前热风管道的预热等一系列措施,高炉从点火到达产仅有时3d,各项经济指标迅速达标。1080 m3 BF of Hansteel was shut down and repaired on February 10, 2015, and was ignited at 20:08 on March 20. A series of measures, such as removing coke around the iron-notch, choosing the appropriate start-up scheme and preheating the hot air pipeline before blowing, were taken before the start-up. The BF reached its production only 3 days after ignition, and the economic indicators quickly reached the standard.
