摘　　要：介绍了太钢冷轧2号热线退火炉燃气系统由天然气改为净焦煤气的技术开发等内容。这项自主技术开发实现了烧嘴等设备国产化,实施后退火炉能够达到原设计生产能力,年产量可达115万t,炉温控制精度达到±5℃以内,吨钢消耗降低,取得了较好的节能效果。The technology development of gas system of No. 2 hot-wire annealing furnace in cold rolling of TISCO from natural gas to coke gas is introduced. The self-developed technology realizes the localization of the burner and other equipment. After the implementation, the annealing furnace can reach the original design production capacity, the annual output can reach 1.15 million tons, the furnace temperature control accuracy can reach within(+5 ℃), the consumption of steel per ton is reduced, and the better energy-saving effect has been achieved.
