摘 要:挖掘机上部旋转部分与下部行走部分的电气连接通过集电环实现,随着智能化、信息化的推进,更多的集电环信号的传输受到空间的限制。为突破这一局限,结合工业无线局域网的特点,实现了西门子IWLAN在挖掘机上的应用。相对于传统的集电环,IWLAN具有信号容量大,扩展方便,信号传输无接触,维护量少的特点。IWLAN经过应用实践,特别是创新的冗余设计,在挖掘机产品上取得非常好的效果。Electrical connection between upper rotating part and lowe r moving part of excavator is realized by collecting ring. With the advancement of intelligence and informatization, the transmission of more collector ring signals is limited by space. In order to break through this limitation, the application of Siemens IWLAN in excavator is realized in combination with the characteristics of industrial wireless LAN. Compared with the traditional collector ring,IWLAN has the characteristics of large signal capacity, easy expansion, no contact in signal transmission and less maintenance. IWLAN has achieved very good results in excavator products through application practice, especially innovative redundant design.
