北京市综合医院普外科患者健康教育现状及医护人员对患者健康素养的期望调查

摘　　要：目的:了解综合医院普外科开展患者健康教育的现状和医护人员对患者健康素养的期望。方法:选取北京市4所三级综合医院的普外科医护人员作为调查对象,采用资料查阅和个人深入访谈法进行调查。结果:4所医院普外科平均健康教育兼职人员数(4.5±3.9)名,平均占医护人员总数的8.1%。各院普外科年均举办健康讲座(4±1.4)次,年均受益患者(257.5±96.1)人次。各医院普外科年均发放健康教育平面材料(8155.8±6349.3)份,播放健康科普视频(2095±660.4)小时,开展面对面患者教育(525.8±382.9)人时。医护人员希望患者知晓医学词汇7个,分别是胆石症、胰腺炎、疝气、腹股沟疝、肝癌、肠癌和甲状腺疾病;希望患者知晓相关知识点21个。结论:普外科患者健康教育状况不理想,应进一步加强常见外科疾病诊治的健康教育,提升患者健康素养。Objective:To study the status quo of patient health education,and the expectations of doctor and nurse on patients’health literacy in general surgery of comprehensive hospitals.Methods:The clinical record reviewing and in-depth interview were performed to collect data in 4 3-tiered general hospitals in Beijing.Results:The research indicates that the average number of part-time health education staff in department of general surgery was(4.5±3.9),accounting for 8.1%of the total number of surgical staff.The frequency of health lectures is(4±1.4)times a year,with an average annual benefit of(257.5±96.1)persontimes.Average(8155.8±6349.3)copies of health education plane materials were distributed among the patients annually.Average(2095±660.4)hours of health education videos were broadcasted,and(525.8±382.9)person-hours of face-to-face education were conducted.The health literacy expectation on patients of the medical staff covered 7 medical terms including cholelithiasis,pancreatitis,hernia,inguinal hernia,liver cancer,intestinal cancer and thyroid diseases,with 21 relevant knowledge points.Conclusion:Patient health education in the general surgeries is not optimistic,and the patient’s health education related to common surgical diseases diagnosis and treatment should be strengthened to improve the patients’health literacy.
