摘 要:碗扣式钢管脚手架在土木工程中应用广泛,但其在设计理论、安装方法、施工现场管理等方面的不成熟导致事故频发。故本文对碗扣式钢管脚手架节点抗弯性能进行了试验研究,结果表明,弯矩-转角关系呈现明显的非线性,节点经多次重复使用后的抗弯刚度只有新出厂的50%左右,且正弯矩作用下新试件的塑性发展明显优于旧试件,负弯矩对碗扣式钢管脚手架节点受力更为不利。本文成果可为规范脚手架使用提供参考。Cuplock steel tubular scaffolding is widely used in civil engineering,but its immature design theory,installation method and construction site management etc.have led to frequent accidents.In this paper,the flexural performance of the joints of cuplock steel tubular scaffolding has been studied.The results show that the relation between bending moment and rotational angle of the joints is obviously nonlinear,and after repeated use the flexural stiffness of the joints drop to only about half of that of the new ones.The plastic development of the new joint specimen under positive bending moment is significantly greater than that of the old specimen,and the negative bending moment is more unfavorable to the stress of the bowl joint.The conclusion can provide reference for standardization of the use of such scaffolding.
