摘　　要：目的:评价关节镜治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的临床疗效。方法:对2015年5月~2018年7月关节镜下治疗粘连性关节囊炎的21例患者采用美国加州大学肩关节评分系统(UCLA)评分法进行疗效评估,比较手术前后的评分结果。结果:术后随访1~22个月,平均(10±2.6)个月。UCLA术前评分总分(9.1±4.6)分、疼痛(2.8±2.0)分、功能(2.0±1.2)分、前屈活动(1.5±1.0)分、肌力(2.8±0.8)分。术后评分总分(22.0±4.1)分、疼痛(7.1±1.9)分、功能(6.1±1.7)分、前屈活动(4.2±0.7)分、肌力(4.5±0.7)分。术后评分高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),手术疗效满意。结论:关节镜下治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎操作精确,方法简单,疗效满意。Objective: To assess the efficacy of arthroscopic capsular release for adhesive apsulitis of shoulder. Methods :The clinical date were retrospectively analyzed in 21 cases of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder treated by arthroscopic capsular release between May of 2015 and July of 2018.Shoulder Rating Scale of University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA) was used to evaluate the efficacies by comparing the scoring maintained before and after operation. Results :All patients were followed for 1 to 22 months,with a mean(10±2.6)months.The total UCLA scoring was 9.1±4.6,and 2.8±2.0 for pain, 2.0 ±1.2 for function,1.5±1.0 for antexion and 2.8±0.8 for myodynamia before surgery compared to 22.0±4.1,7.1±1.9 for pain,6.1±1.7 for function,4.2± 0.7 for antexion and 4.5±0.7 for myodynamia following operation.The difference was statistically significant.All patients were satisfied with the operation. Conclusion :Arthroscopic capsular release can lead to accurate operation,easy performance and satisfied clinical efficacies in treatment of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder.
