摘　　要：在装配式钢结构住宅中,将蜂窝梁和桁架钢筋叠合板进行合理连接形成新型装配式组合扁梁楼盖,可以有效提高空间使用率和防火、防腐等性能,并达到节能减排的目的。文章在对本地预制构件生产企业和设计单位进行调研,同时结合相关文献和工程案例,针对装配式桁架钢筋叠合板-蜂窝组合扁梁的设计、构造方法以及安装工艺和技术要点进行了归纳。In fabricated steel structure housing system,a new fabricated flat beam-plate assembled system connected by castellated beam and steel bar truss and concrete composite slab can improve space usage rate and ability of fire protection,anti-corrosion and resource saving and pollution reduction.Based on the investigation at precast element enterprises and design institutes in the region,combined with relevant research results and engineering example,discussed the design and construction requirements,installation technology for the fabricated steel bar truss and concrete composite slab-circular hole composite castellated flat beam.
