摘  要:介绍了氧化铝厂供电可靠性对生产工艺连续性的影响;通过对某氧化铝厂供电系统的分析,阐明了短路电流过大带来的设备选型困难及短路冲击问题,对"晃电"产生的原因及影响进行了论述,也说明了传统治理短路电流超标及抗晃电的措施,并对其诸多缺陷进行了分析;阐述了一种基于电磁斥力原理的快速断路器及其相关产品;给出了零损耗深度限流装置及母线残压保持装置在解决氧化铝厂短路电流超标及抗晃电方面的应用。This paper introduces the influence of power supply reliability on production process continuity in the alumina plant.Through the analysis of the power supply system of an alumina plant,it expounds the difficulty of equipment selection and short-circuit impact caused by excessive short-circuit current,discusses the causes and effects of "sway electric",and also explains the traditional measures to control short-circuit current over-limit and anti-sway electric,analyzes many defects of these measures.A fast circuit breaker based on electromagnetic repulsion principle and its related products are described,and the application of zero loss depth current limiting device and bus residual voltage holding device in resolving short circuit current over-limit and anti-sway electric in alumina plant is put forward.
