基于GIS的实验林场林权管理应用研究

摘　　要：以山西林业职业技术学院实验林场(简称"实验林场")的林地为例,借助ArcGIS软件,基于二类调查和林权证台账中记录的林地资料建立数据库,分析了实验林场的林地、林权宗地的空间和属性信息。结果表明,整个实验林场一半以上的林地均已被确权发证,林场界外也有部分林地被确权归属于实验林场,这说明在今后国家或地区的林场深化改革中采用GIS技术建立林权管理信息系统是非常重要的。The woodland in experimental forest farm of Shanxi Forestry Vocational and Technical College was cited as a case for this study.The database was established by means of ArcGIS software based on the forest land data recorded in the second class investigation and forest right certificate account.The spatial and attribute information of forest land and forest rights in the experimental forest farm were analyzed.Results showed that more than half of the forest land had been confirmed and some of the forest lands outside the forest farm boundary belonged to the experimental forest farm.It indicated that it was essential to establish the management information system of forest right with GIS of the country or a region in the future.
