赤霉素对皂荚主干枝刺生长的影响

摘  要:采用1 mg/L,10 mg/L,100 mg/L,1 000 mg/L 4种不同浓度的赤霉素喷施皂荚主干刺芽,研究不同浓度赤霉素对皂荚枝刺生长的影响。结果表明,赤霉素浓度为1 mg/L时对皂荚主干枝刺长和单株枝刺重的促进效果最佳,而对促进皂荚主干枝刺基部粗生长效果不明显。其余浓度处理对皂荚主干枝刺生长均有抑制作用。The effect of different concentrations of gibberellin on the growth of main branches and thorns of Gleditsia sinensis was studied by means of spraying gibberellin to the thorn bud of Gleditsia sinensis with 4 different concentrations(1 mg/L,10 mg/L,100 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L).Results showed that length of main branch thorn and thorn weight of single branch reached the highest when the concentration of gibberellin was 1 mg/L.The effect of gibberellin on the diameter of main branch thorn was not obvious.The other concentration treatments inhibited the growth of main branches and thorns of Gleditsia sinensis.
