摘  要:为了研究货车偏载对其运行安全的影响,在静力分析的基础上,建立了C80型重载货车的动力学模型,计算了货车在不同偏载状态下通过曲线时的脱轨系数和轮重减载率。分析结果表明:随着偏载的增大,货车的运行安全性逐渐降低。其中纵向偏载主要影响货车车轮的脱轨系数,而横向偏载主要影响车辆的轮重减载率。随着横向偏载的增大,轮重减载率增大尤为明显,所以要严格控制车辆的横向偏载。Based on the static analysis,dynamic model of C80 heavy haul train was built to investigate the influence of partial load on running safety of heavy haul train.Under the different partial load condition,the derailment coefficient and the wheel load reduction rate were calculated when the train passed the curve.The analysis results show that with the increase of partial load,the running safety of the train is getting worse.Longitudinal partial load has main effect on the derailment coefficient of wheel,and lateral partial load has main effect on the rate of wheel load reduction.With the increase of lateral partial load,the rate of wheel load reduction increases obviously,so the lateral partial load should be strictly controlled.
