摘　　要：通过研究HX_D1机车辅助开关柜内部布局及每个器件线路去向,提出了HX_D1机车辅助开关柜预布线方法,并现场实施验证改进方案。实际应用证明,提出的预布线方法缩短了产品生产周期,提高了产品质量,在节约物料成本的同时大大降低了操作者的劳动难度与强度。By studying the internal layout of HXD1 locomotive auxiliary switchgear and the direction of each device line,the pre-wiring method of HXD1 locomotive auxiliary switchgear is put forward,and the verification and improvement scheme is implemented in the field.The practical application proves that the proposed pre-wiring method shortens the product production cycle,improves the product quality,and greatly reduces the labor difficulty and intensity of the operator while saving the material cost.
