摘　　要：目的探讨人参皂苷Rg3对胃癌(SNU-216)细胞的生长抑制作用。方法体外培养胃癌(SNU-216)细胞,以不同浓度人参皂苷Rg3 (0.020、0.040、0.080μml/L)作用于体外培养的胃癌(SNU-216)细胞,分别在24、48、72h用MTT比色法检测胃癌(SNU-216)细胞生长抑制率。结果人参皂苷Rg3具有抑制胃癌(SNU-216)细胞生长作用,并随剂量增长抑制胃癌(SNU-216)细胞作用增强。实验组与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。在药物的作用时间上, 48h以内是随着作用时间增加,抑制效率增强, 72h以内观察抑制效率虽然有所增强,但两组比较抑制效率无明显差异。结论不同浓度人参皂苷Rg3对胃癌(SNU-216)细胞生长有明显的抑制作用。OBJECTIVE:To observe the inhibitory effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on the growth of gastric cancer(SNU-216)cells.METHODS:gastric cancer(SNU-216)cells were cultured in vitro,and exposed to different concentrations of ginsenoside Rg3(0.020umol/L,0.040umol/L,0.080uml/L).Then,the inhibition rate of gastric cancer(SNU-216)cell growth was detected at 24,48and72h respectively by MTT assay.RESULTS:Ginsenoside Rg3 can inhibit the growth of gastric cancer(SNU-216)cells and the effect was strengthened as the dose increased.Compared to the control group,the difference was significant in the experimental group(P<.001).When it comes to drug treatment time,the inhibition efficiency was enhanced with prolongation time within 48 hours.Although the efficiency was also enhanced from 48h to 72h,there was no significant difference between these two groups Conclusion:Different concentrations of ginsenoside Rg3 can significantly inhibit the growth of gastric cancer(SNU-216)cells.
