摘 要:通过先进的人机交互方式,虚拟现实技术可以有效提高工业造型设计的工作效率。但是,工业产品的造型设计问题一般性质十分复杂,传统的优化方法很难实现该问题的求解。因此,提出一种基于虚拟现实技术和多目标遗传优化的工业造型设计系统。对采用的虚拟现实系统整体结构及其相关软硬件参数进行介绍。对产品造型设计的流程进行分析,并在产品造型设计中应用排序多目标遗传算法。软件开发语言为Visual C++6.0,并采用模拟开发软件Vega实现CAD数据转换。系统运行测试结果表明,所提出系统能够有效提高产品造型优化设计的质量、缩短设计周期。The virtual reality technology can improve the working efficiency of industrial modeling design effectively by means of advanced human . computer interaction. However, the industrial product modeling design has very complicated problems,and the traditional optimization methods are difficult to solve the problems. Therefore,an industrial modeling design system based on virtual reality technology and multi - objective genetic optimization is proposed. The overall structure of the virtual reality system and its related hardware and software parameters are introduced. The process of product modeling design is analyzed,and the sorting multi.objective genetic algorithm is applied in product modeling design. The software development language Visual C++ 6.0 and simulation development software Vega are used to realize the CAD data conversion. The system operation and test results show that the proposed system can effectively improve the quality and shorten the design cycle of product modeling optimization design.
