摘  要:设计一套基于PLC的智能大棚控制系统,该控制系统以PLC为控制核心,以温湿度传感器、土壤湿度传感器作为实时模拟量采集器件,利用PLC自带的模拟量输入模块将模拟量转化为数字量传送给PLC进行运算,以卷帘、遮阴帘、水泵、加热器作为执行器件,实时调节大棚的温湿度、土壤湿度,使大棚的温湿度、土壤湿度始终保持在设定的范围内.同时通过组态王软件King View6. 55利用上位计算机进行远程监控.该智能控制系统人机界面良好,自动化程度高,实现了蔬菜大棚的智能化管理,可以节约人工成本,提高蔬菜大棚的种植效益.An intelligent greenhouse controlling system was designed based on PLC which acted as the control core.The data was acquired by temperature and humidity sensor and the soil moisture sensor,the analog quantity was converted into digital quantity by the build-in module of PLC before it was transmitted to PLC for calculation.Roll curtain,shading curtain,pump and heater were used as actuators to adjust the temperature and humidity and the soil moisture of the greenhouse in real time,so that they were always within the setting range.At the same time,the upper computer was used for remote monitoring through King View6.55.The intelligent control system has a good man-machine interface and high degree of automation,and realizes the intelligent management level of the intelligent greenhouse,which can save labor costs and improve the planting efficiency of the greenhouse.
