摘　　要：夏天无是2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》所收载的一味常用中药,其药用部位为罂粟科植物紫堇属伏生紫堇的干燥块茎。其主要药理活性成分为生物碱类,临床常用于治疗中风偏瘫、头痛、跌扑损伤、腰腿疼痛及风湿痹痛等。本文对近年来夏天无质量评价相关研究进行归纳总结,以期为指导夏天无和同科药材的鉴别及建立科学合理的质量评价标准提供借鉴和参考。本文为进一步保障临床用药的安全性及有效性提供了一定的参考。The Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine contained in the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China in 2015. Its medicinal part is the dried tuber of Coydalis decumbens(Thunb.) Pers.. Its main pharmacological active ingredients are alkaloids, which are commonly used in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia, headache, fall injury, lumbar and leg pain, rheumatism and arthralgia. This paper summarizes the recent studies on quality evaluation of Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis in order to provide references for guiding the identification of Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis and other medicinal materials and establishing scientific and reasonable quality evaluation criteria. This article provides some references for further ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
