奥布卡因凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠栓在尿道扩张术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨奥布卡因凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠栓在尿道扩张术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年6月我院收治的100例尿道扩张术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组单纯采用奥布卡因凝胶治疗,观察组采用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗总满意度、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分、心率、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、主诉疼痛缓解时间、术后住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、心率、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分、心率、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主诉疼痛缓解的时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者未发生明显不良反应。结论盐酸奥布卡因凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗尿道扩张术,能显著提高患者的临床治疗满意度,可更好地改善疼痛视觉模拟评分、心率、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素等指标,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of Oxybuprocaine Gel combined with Diclofenac Sodium Suppository in urethral dilatation.Methods A total of 100 patients with urethral dilatation admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research subjects,they were equally divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with only Oxybuprocaine Gel,while the observation group was treated with Oxybuprocaine Gel combined with Diclofenac Sodium Suppository.The clinical total satisfaction,visual analogue score of pain before and after treatment,heart rate,adrenaline,norepinephrine,complaint pain relief time,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain visual analogue score,heart rate,adrenaline and norepinephrine levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain visual analogue score,heart rate,adrenaline and norepinephrine levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The pain relief time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Oxybuprocaine Gel combined with Diclofenac Sodium Suppository in the treatment of urethral dilatation can significantly improve the clinical treatment satisfaction of patients.It can better improve pain visual analogue scale,heart rate,epinephrine,norepinephrine and other indicators,and is worthy of popularization and application.
