高渗盐水雾化痰液诱导在小儿毛细支气管炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高渗盐水雾化痰液诱导在小儿毛细支气管炎中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1～8月收治的60例毛细血管支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用高渗盐水进行氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,并行吸痰处理,对照组给予等渗盐水进行雾化痰液诱导治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、咳嗽缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、湿啰音消失时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的咳嗽缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、湿啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高渗盐水雾化痰液诱导治疗对改善小儿毛细支气管炎患儿病情有积极作用,可推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of hypertonic saline atomized sputum induction in children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 60 children with bronchiolitis admitted to our hospital from January to August 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with hypertonic saline for oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation and was treated with sputum suction.The control group was treated with isotonic saline for aerosolized sputum induction.The treatment effect,cough remission time,wheezing remission time,wheezing disappearance time,wet rales disappearance time,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough remission time,wheezing remission time,wheezing disappearance time,wet rales disappearance time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hypertonic saline atomized sputum induction therapy has a positive effect on improving the condition of children with bronchiolitis,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
