帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗小儿流行性感冒并发肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗小儿流行性感冒并发肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月在我院儿科治疗的88例小儿流行性感冒并发肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例。两组患儿均给予常规药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,观察组采用帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的咳嗽咳痰、退热、扁桃体红肿、鼻塞流涕等症状消失时间以及治疗时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗小儿流行性感冒并发肺炎的临床效果显著,能有效加快患儿症状缓解速度,促进病情的好转,且不良反应发生率低,具有较高的有效性及安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Peramivir Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of infantile influenza complicated with pneumonia.Methods A total of 88 children with influenza complicated with pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group.The two groups were both provided with conventional drug treatment.On this basis,in the control group,Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules were used,while in the observation group,Peramivir Sodium Chloride Injection was adopted.The clinical efficacy,time to symptom relief,and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group accounting for 77.27%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration,fever abating,tonsil swelling and nasal congestion,and treatment time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Peramivir Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of infantile influenza complicated with pneumonia is significant.It can effectively speed up the symptom relief in children,promote the improvement of the disease,and has a low incidence rate of adverse reactions,which has high effectiveness and safety.
