摘 要:目的为进一步做好某医学院校领导干部教育培训工作,增强领导干部教育培训工作的针对性和实效性。方法笔者采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对参加领导干部培训班的副处级及以上干部进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析和思考。结果干部最希望学习到的培训内容是与岗位职责所必需的政策法规和与行政工作相适应的写作、管理、沟通、外语交流等业务技能知识。最需要通过培训提高的能力是科学决策能力。最适宜的培训方式是集中授课与社会调研、考察学习、专题研讨相结合的方式。最适合的培训时长是2 d,最佳培训频率为每半年1次。最佳参训时间为每年的第二季度。结论应重视领导干部教育培训需求分析工作,以需求为导向、以提高干部素质为目的开展领导干部教育培训工作。Objective To improve the leading cadre education and training work in a medical school,strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the leading cadre education and training work.Methods The study adopted the questionnaire which was designed by authors,investigated the leading cadres at the level of deputy and above who participated the leading cadres training class,analyzed and thinked the investigation results.Results The knowledge that the leading cadres were most eager to learn were the policies and regulations which were required by the jobs,and the writing,management,communication and foreign language skills which were adapted to the administrative work.The ability which was most eager to enhance was scientific decision-making capability through the training.The most appropriate training method was the combination of concentrate teaching with social research,investigation study,and special seminars.The best length of training was two days,and the best training frequency was one time every six months.The best time to attend training was the second quarter of each year.Conclusion The leading cadre education and training requirement investigation should be attached great importance,the leading cadre education and training should be carried out with the demand-oriented and for the purpose of improving the quality of the leading cadres.
