摘　　要：目的群组干预对高血压患者疾病认知及行为状况影响。方法选择选择已确诊且在社区已建健康档案的高血压患者864例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者划分为观察组与对照组各432例,为观察组患者提供群组干预,为对照组提供常规疾病护理,评价两组患者疾病知识知晓率与行为依从率。结果观察组患者对高血压诊断标准、高血压危险因素、常见并发症、治疗方法知识掌握率均高于对照组,(χ2=27.508、20.605、11.850、17.311,P<0.05)。观察组患者按时服药、戒烟限酒、合理饮食、坚持锻炼行为依从率均高于对照组,(χ2=9.511、25.366、16.942、13.311,P<0.05)。结论群组干预可有效提高高血压患者知识知晓率与行为依从率。Objective To investigate the effect of group intervention on disease awareness and treatment behaviors in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 864 hypertensive patients who had established the health records in our community were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 432 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were given group intervention,and those in the control group were given conventional nursing.The awareness rate of disease knowledge and treatment compliance rate were evaluated for both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher awareness rates of diagnostic criteria,risk factors,common complications,and treatment methods for hypertension(χ^2=27.508,20.605,11.850,and 17.311,P<0.05),as well as significantly higher rates of compliance with medication,cigarette and alcohol withdrawal,healthy diet,and physical exercise(χ^2=9.511,25.366,16.942,and 13.311,P<0.05).Conclusion Group intervention can effectively improve disease awareness rate and treatment compliance rate in hypertensive patients.
