摘 要:目的探究儿童生长发育过程中实施骨龄测定评估的临床价值分析。方法资料随机选取本院2016年1月至2017年12月收集的86例健康儿童作为本次观察对象,采用计算机骨龄评分系统中软件CHN、TW2、G-P图谱法3种测评方法,对所有纳入对象骨龄进行检测。结果 44名健康男孩、女孩骨龄与年龄基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),性早熟、体质性生长延迟、生长激素缺乏、甲状腺功能低下、特发性矮身材、身材偏矮与骨量存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论骨龄属于儿童生长发育成熟的可靠指标,实施骨龄测定对儿童生长发育评估、相关疾病诊断具有重要指导意义,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of bone age measurement in children s growth and development.Methods 86 healthy children from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected as the objects of this observation.Their bone age was measured by three methods:CHN,TW2 and G-P atlas in the computer bone age scoring system.Results The bone age of 44 healthy boys and girls was basically consistent with their age,and the difference was insignificant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in sexual precocity,physical growth delay,growth hormone deficiency,hypothyroidism,idiopathic short stature,short stature and bone mass(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone age is a reliable index for the growth and development of children,and the implementation of bone age measurement is of great significance for the evaluation of children's growth and development and the diagnosis of related diseases.It is worth popularizing.
