音乐护理干预对痴呆患者精神行为症状、认知功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐护理干预对痴呆患者精神行为症状、认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月期间在我院接受治疗的痴呆患者170例,患者给予音乐护理干预,采用神经精神科问卷(neu-ropsychiatric inventory,NPI)、简易智能精神状况量表(mini mental state examination,MMSE)、生活质量量表(quality of life alzheimer disease,QOL-AD)评价患者的精神行为症状、认知功能及生活质量。结果干预后患者的激越/攻击、抑郁/心境恶劣、焦虑、情感淡漠、激惹/情绪不稳等精神行为症状评分以及NPI总分低于干预前(P<0. 05),干预后患者的MMSE量表中的即刻回忆、语言以及MMSE总分均高于干预前(P<0. 05),干预后患者的QOL-AD评分高于干预前(P<0. 05)。结论音乐护理干预可有效改善痴呆患者的精神行为症状、认知功能及生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of music nursing intervention on behavioral and psychological symptoms,cognitive function and quality of life in patients with dementia.Methods 170 patients with dementia who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled and given music nursing intervention.Neu-ropsychiatric inventory(NPI),Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),and Quality of Life Alzheimer Disease(QOL-AD)were used to evaluate patients'behavioral and psychological symptoms,cognitive function,and quality of life.Results After intervention,the scores of agitation or attack,depression or mood disorder,anxious,apathy,irritability or emotional instability and NPI total scores were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the instant memory,language,and MMSE total score were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the QOL-AD scores were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Music nursing intervention can effectively improve behavioral and psychological symptoms,cognitive function and quality of life in patients with dementia.
