上海市某医院患者随访需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解患者的随访意愿,拟从患者随访需求角度出发,对日后的临床随访工作进行指导。方法随机抽取2018年1月至2018年12月复旦大学附属中山医院门诊患者1 500例,住院患者500例进行纸质问卷调查。问卷主要内容包括:一般个人信息、就诊疾病、随访需求度评分、倾向的随访方式、期待的随访内容等几个方面。结果一共发放问卷2 000份,有效问卷1 980份,其中住院患者494例、门诊患者1 486例。问卷结果显示,住院及门诊患者随访需求度评分均大于8分,超过98%的患者希望于就诊后得到随访。在住院患者中,86. 2%的患者倾向于微信随访方式,6. 9%的患者倾向于电话随访方式,另有2%的患者希望得到上门随访;其中90. 7%的患者倾向微信随访,8. 1%的住院患者倾向电话随访。此外,96. 4%的门诊患者希望在随访中了解到更多有关生活方式的指导等健康宣教内容。结论无论是住院患者还是门诊患者对随访均有很高的需求度,微信随访则是患者当下比较倾向的随访方式。在日后随访工作中,可更加侧重生活方式的指导等健康宣教内容的宣传。Objective To investigate the willingness to follow of patients.Guide the clinical follow-up from the patient s perspective.Method 1 500 outpatients and 500 inpatients were random selected from the Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from January 2018 to December 2018.Results 2000 questionnaires were distributed and 1 980 valid questionnaires.The questionnaire showed that:both inpatients and outpatients have high demand for follow-up.And nearly 98%of patients want to follow up.More than 90.7%of patients prefer Wecat for follow-up,but less than 6.9%think Telephone follow-up is a suitable follow-up method.And more than 96.4%of patients wish to focus on lifestyle guidance such as lifestyle guidance during follow-up.Conclusion Follow-up is an important part of the diagnosis and treatment.In clinical work,the follow-up mode can be communicated with the patient in advance.From the perspective of patient follow-up needs,appropriate follow-up methods are selected.And lifestyle guidance is appropriately added during follow-up.
