摘 要:内皮微粒是内皮细胞到外界刺激时释放微粒,由膜及膜内容物组成,具有内皮细胞的某些特性,不仅是反映内皮细胞功能紊乱的重要物质。并且被认为在血管损伤、炎症、凝血等病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。本文就内皮微粒的可能形成机制、功能及组分、与疾病的关系进行综述。Endothelial microparticles are microspheres that release endothelial cells when they receive external stimuli.They are composed of membrane and membrane contents.They have certain characteristics of endothelial cells and are not only important substances that reflect endothelial cell dysfunction.It is also considered to play an important role in pathophysiological processes such as vascular injury,inflammation,and blood coagulation.This paper reviews the possible formation mechanisms,functions and components of endothelial microparticles,and the relationship with diseases.
