摘 要:目的研究地骨皮(枸杞Lycium chinense根皮)的化学成分。方法利用大孔树脂,正、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20及制备液相进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从地骨皮95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定18个化合物,分别鉴定为大麻酰胺G(1)、茄根酰胺甲(2)、7-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-N2,N3-bis(4-hydroxyphenethyl)-6-methoxy-1,2-dihydronaphthalene-2,3-dicarboxamide(3)、2-羟甲基-5-羟基-吡啶(4)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基-苯酚(5)、绿原酸乙酯(6)、阿魏酸十二烷基酯(7)、邻苯二甲酸(2,5-二甲基己基)二酯(8)、二氢红花菜豆酸3′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、苯乙醇吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、2-苯乙基-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、它乔糖苷(12)、丁香酸葡萄糖苷(13)、异东莨菪苷(14)、东莨菪苷(15)、地骨皮苷甲(16)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚-3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(17)、(-)-南烛木树脂酚-3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(18)。结论化合物1~5、7~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~14首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the root bark of Lycium chinense. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographies, and their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Eighteen compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract of the root bark of L. chinense, which were identified as cannabisin G(1), melongenamide A(2), 7-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-N2,N3-bis(4-hydroxyphenethyl)-6-methoxy-1,2-dihydronaphthalene-2,3-dicarboxamide(3), 2-methylol-5-hydroxy-pyridine(4), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-phenol(5),ethyl chlorogenate(6), dodecyl ferulate(7), phthalic acid-bis-(2,5-dimethylhexyl) ester(8), dihydrophaseic acid 3′-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(9), phenethyl alcohol xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-glucopyranoside(10), 2-phenylethyl-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-Dglucopyranoside(11), tachioside(12), glucosyringic acid(13), isoscoploletin-β-D-glucoside(14), scoploletin(15), digupigan A(16),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(17), and(-)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(18). Conclusion Compounds1—5 and 7—13 are isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1—14 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
