摘 要:对有关纺黏工艺参数对纤维直径的影响进行了仿真实验和讨论,对不同的工艺参数进行了数值模拟,并对聚合物细流的最终直径进行了实测,发现聚合物挤出量越小,聚合物熔体温度越大,气流初始温度越高,气流初始速度越大时,越有利于聚合物熔体的气流牵伸,纤维直径越小;实验结果显示:测试结果与模型预测值十分吻合。The simulation experiment and discussion on the influence of the spunbonded process parameters on the fiber diameter are carried out.The numerical simulation is carried out on different process parameters and the final diameter of the fine flow of the polymer is measured.It is found that the smaller the extrusion amount of the polymer,the higher the temperature of polymer melt,and the higher the initial temperature of air flow,the higher the initial velocity of air flow.The more favorable the flow drafting of polymer melt is,and the smaller the diameter of fiber is.The experimental results show that the test results are in good agreement with the predicted values of the model.This study also shows that it has a good application prospect in computer aided design of spunbonded nonwovens process and equipment.
