摘　　要：对德国NEUMAG公司引进的短纤维装置近几年的生产情况和控制数据进行了分析,重点探讨了纺丝温度、组件、侧吹风、上油等关键环节对前纺绕辊的影响,并提出相应对策减少前纺绕辊数量,降低熔体单耗。The production situation and control data of the staple fiber plant imported by NEUMAG Company in Germany in recent years are analyzed. The effects of spinning temperature,spinning pack,side air blow and oiling on the fore-spinning roller lapping are discussed.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to reduce the number of the fore-spinning roller lapping and reduce the unit consumption of the melt.
