摘　　要：FDY海岛丝需要进行织物判色后,确保染色的均匀。染色的均匀性判色的准确度,直接关系到产品的品质。若判色不准,产品外卖后造成客户对于品质的抱怨或投诉,影响公司形象。本文主要探讨FDY海岛丝编织判色流程优化,增强判色准确度,优化前后主要品质对比。提高产品竞争力,提升公司的品牌效应,获得更好的经济效益。FDY sea-island yarn needs to be dyed and color judgement to ensure uniform dyeing.The dyeing uniformity and accuracy of color judgement is directly related to the quality of the product.If the color judgement is inaccurate,the product will cause customers to complain about the quality and affect the corperate image.This paper mainly discusses the optimization of FDY sea-island yarn weaving color judgement process,enhancing the accuracy of color judgment,comparing the main quality before and after optimization.The product competitiveness is improved,the brand effect of the company is enhanced and obtains better economic benefits.
