摘 要:针对目前普通的打印机在纺丝工业包装工序使用中,需要人工撕下标签的现象,浪费人力成本,而且每1台普通的打印机都与1台电脑相关联,也存在着资源浪费。通过设计电气控制部分控制机械动作,完成由出标签,到撕标签,再到贴标签整个动作,实现无人操作。目前自动化程度的提高,也不需要配专门的电脑,全部将由中心处理机房来发送信号到自动打印机,完全实现自动化控制,降低人力成本,提高自动化程度,提高工作的效率。According to the phenomenon that ordinary printers need to tear off labels manually in packaging process of spinning industry at present,the cost of labor is wasted. Moreover,every ordinary printer is associated with one computer,and there is also a waste of resources.Through the design of electrical control part to control the mechanical action,the entire operation from printing the label,to tear the label,and then to label realize unmanned operation.At present,with the increasing of the degree of automation,no special computer is equipped with,all of them will have a central processing room to send signals to automatic printers,which can realize automation control completely,reduce labor cost,improve automation degree,and improve the efficiency of work.
