大型屋面钢结构吊装施工技术研究

摘　　要：珠海横琴星艺文创天地项目的一期D区为大型表演场馆,采用下部为混凝土框架结构、上部为钢网壳屋盖的结构形式。由于屋面钢结构径向梁跨度大、质量大,从而对现场钢结构吊装施工技术提出了较高挑战。结合工程实际,从施工难点、施工工艺、施工关键技术等方面,对大型屋面钢结构吊装施工进行了总结,以期为类似工程提供参考。Area D of the first phase of Zhuhai Hengqin Xingyi Wenchuang Timndi Project is a large performance venue, which adopts the structural form of lower concrete frame structure and upper steel latticed shell roof. Because of the large span in radial direction and heavy weight of the roof steel structure, the higher challenge must be put forward for the construction technology of steel structure hoisting. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper summarizes the construction of large roof steel structure hoisting from the aspects of construction difficulties, construction process and key construction tech no logies etc., so as to provide refere nces for similar projects.
