摘  要:为了提高加工大型齿轮的齿距累积公差等级,提出了以非线性展成插齿加工为特点的靶向修正概念;利用激光位移传感器对切削过程表面进行扫描,建立切削状态数学模型,与理论状态的齿轮加工过程数学模型进行比较,计算加工误差,通过在工作台回转轴增加虚拟运动轴实现齿距误差动态补偿,对插齿过程进行实时靶向修正,加工完成后计算齿距累积误差。本文研究的基于动态检测的精准插齿方法,齿轮加工精度达到国标4级要求。In order to improve the cumulative tolerance level of the tooth pitch of large gear machining , the concept of targeted correctionis proposed for gear shaping,which is characterized by nonlinear generating motion. The nmthematical model of the cutting state is constructed by scanning the surface of cutting process with a laser displacement sensor. Bv comparing with the mathematical model of the theoretical state of the gear mac h ini ng process , processing error is calculated. The virtual movement rotating shaft axis is increased to realize dynamic compensation for the pitch error, to modify gear shaping process in real time. After processing, the accumulated pitch error will be calculated. The precise gear shaping method is studied systematically based on dynamic detection , and the cumulative tolerance accuracy of tooth spacing could reach level 4 of the national standard.
