摘 要:为降低发动机研发成本,以某款农用柴油发动机为例,基于发动机工作过程,采用模拟计算软件GT-Power搭建四缸火花点燃式甲醇发动机的物理模型,通过调整点火时刻和负荷,分析不同混合气浓度对发动机性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着混合气浓度的增加,缸内压力和放热率均有增加,同时NOx排放量较低;当过量空气系数为1时,随着点火时刻的提前,气缸压力和放热率也随之增加,NOx的排放先升高后降低,最合适的点火时刻为-10°;当混合气浓度不变时,随着节气门开度的变化,气缸压力、温度、NOx的排放变化不大。In order to reduce development cost, a type of agricultural engine is taken as an example. The work simulation software GT-Power is built on the basis of physical model. The engine performance change is analyzed by adjusting ignition time and load. Results show that cylinder pressure and heat release ratio in crease as mixture concentration rises ,while NO、exhaust decreases. When excess air ratio is 1 , both the pressure and release ratio increase as it is ignited in advance ,and N0x rises first and then decreases. The most suitable ignition angle is -10°. As mixture concentration remains the same, the pressure , temperature and NO, also shows little changes.
