“一带一路”背景下天津自贸区金融职业人才需求预测与培养

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议和自贸区建设的推进,对金融服务提出了更高需求。文章从供需视角出发,对未来几年天津自贸区金融人才需求进行了预测,从高校毕业生渠道层面,分析比较了天津本地和外地高校的金融人才供给效应;提出了金融职业人才培养对策,即从培养复合型金融人才、创新人才培养模式、金融人才继续教育、吸引域外高素质金融人才等方面着手,服务自贸区金融人才需求。The promotion of "The Belt and Road” initiative and free trade zone have raised a higher demand for financial services and formed a talent gap. From the perspective of supply and demand , the demand for financial talents in Tianjin free trade area is forecasted in the coming years , a nd compares the supply effects of fin ancial talents between local universities and non-local universities from the perspective of college graduates. The countermeasures for the cultivation of financial professional talents is put forward , i.e. cultivating compound financial talents , innovating personnel training mode , continuing education of financial talents , and attracting high-quality financial talents from other places to meet the demand of financial talents in the free trade zone.
