摘 要:以某660 MW高效超超临界锅炉为对象,针对锅炉出现的中间点过热度低问题进行研究。通过燃烧调整等手段提高中间点过热度,改善机组运行状况。试验结果表明:关小燃烧器中心风、调整内外二次风旋流强度、降低炉底漏风、使用下层磨煤机运行、灵活利用上层燃尽风等方法对中间点过热度的提高效果明显,其结论对同类型机组的设计与运行具有重要参考价值。A 660 MW high efficiency ultra-supercritical boiler was taken as the research object. The problem of low superheat of the intermediate point of the boiler was studied. Combustion adjustment and other means were used to increase the superheat degree of the intermediate point so as to improve the operating conditions of the unit. The test results show that the effect of increasing the superheat degree of the intermediate point is obvious when the center wind of the burner was closed from 100% to 50%. When the swirling intensity of the internal and external secondary air was adjusted, the air leakage at the bottom of the furnace was reduced, and the coal mills laid out on the lower position were operated, the superheat degree of the intermediate point was also increased. The results have important reference value to the design and operation of the same type of units.
