摘  要:将H9亚型禽流感病毒TJ株检验和基础种子批冻干毒存放于-70℃保存,并于保存当日和保存后3、6、9、12、18和24个月,随机抽样,分别进行病毒含量测定、血凝价测定、毒力测定和无菌检验;将检验和生产种子批湿毒于-20℃保存,并于保存当日和保存后3、6、9和12个月,随机抽样分别进行病毒含量测定、血凝价测定、毒力测定和无菌检验。结果表明,检验种子和基础种子冻干毒保存24个月病毒含量和血凝价与保存当日无显著差异,无细菌、霉菌污染;检验用冻干强毒对42和56日龄鸡的毒力与保存当日无明显变化,无细菌、霉菌污染。检验用强毒与生产种子批湿毒保存9个月,毒力和病毒含量、血凝价无明显变化,无细菌、霉菌污染。冻干毒种更长时间的保存期正在进行中,所以将H9亚型禽流感病毒TJ株冻干毒于-70℃保存的有效期暂定为21个月;将湿毒于-20℃保存的有效期定为6个月。TJ strain test of H9 subtype avian influenza virus and freeze-dried virus of basic seed batch were stored at-70 ℃. On the day of storage and 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months after storage, the virus content, hemagglutination value, virulence and sterility were determined by random sampling, respectively. The wet virus of test and production seeds were stored at-20 ℃ and stored at 3, 6, 9 and 3, 6, 9 and 24 months after storage. For 12 months, the virus content, hemagglutination value, virulence and sterility were determined by random sampling. The results showed that there was no significant difference in viral content and blood coagulation value between the freeze-dried test seeds and the base seeds for 24 months and the preservation day, and no bacterial and fungal contamination was found. The virulence of freeze-dried virulent test seeds to 42 and 56 days old chickens did not change significantly on the preservation day, and there was no bacterial and fungal contamination. The virulence, virulence and hemagglutination value of the tested and produced seeds were kept in wet batch for 9 months. There was no obvious change in virulence, virulence and haemagglutination value, and no contamination by bacteria and mould. The longer shelf life of freeze-dried virus species is in progress, so the shelf life of TJ strain of H9 subtype avian influenza virus is tentatively set at -70 ℃for 21 months, and that of wet virus at -20 ℃ for 6 months.
