摘 要:电磁干扰是洗煤厂自动化建设过程中必然会遇到的一个问题,它的存在会影响电子设备的工作性能。针对这一问题,在分析洗煤厂计算机控制技术系统存在电磁干扰问题的基础上,阐述了洗煤工艺中的电磁兼容三要素——耦合途径、电磁骚扰源、电磁敏感设备。同时,以渣浆泵用变频器干扰自动控制系统为例,提出电磁兼容问题的改进方案和优化措施。Electromagnetic interference is a problem that will inevitably be encountered in the process of automation construction of coal washing plant. Its existence will affect the working performance of electronic equipment. Aiming at this problem, based on the analysis of the electromagnetic interference in the computer control technology system of coal washing plant, this paper expounded the three elements of electromagnetic compatibility in coal washing technology, including coupling way, electromagnetic disturbance source and electromagnetic sensitive equipment. At the same time, taking the converter interference automatic control system for slurry pump as an example, this paper put forward the improvement scheme and optimization measures of electromagnetic compatibility.
