超高性能混凝土轻质密肋楼板预制件承载性能试验研究

摘  要:通过对15个超高性能混凝土(UHPC)轻质密肋楼板预制件的静力试验,综合分析了该预制件的裂缝发展、破坏形态和受力性能,讨论支承净间距对承载性能的影响规律,并与GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》的理论值进行分析对比。研究表明:从开始加载到最终破坏,挠度增长缓慢,裂缝逐渐开展,试件变形能力较好;试件的位移延性系数均较大,且在出现裂缝后,仍具有较好的承载和变形能力;预制件承载能力随支承净间距的增大而减小,GB 50010—2010能较好地反映支承净间距的影响关系;可以按矩形截面计算UHPC轻质密肋楼板预制件施工阶段的承载能力。By carrying out the static test on 15 specimens of Ultra High Performance Concrete ( UHPC ) lightweight rib floor, the paper comprehensively analyzed llie crack development, failure mode and mechanical properties of the precast member, and discuss the influence rule of support clear space on bearing capacity, which was also compared and analyzed with the theoretical values of Code for Design of Concrete Structures ((;B 50010一2010 ). The results showed that when the member was loaded and fi nally destroyed , the deflection in creased slowly, the creak gradually developed , and its deformability was good. The displacement ductility coefficient of the specimen was large, and after cracks appeared , the member still had good bearing capacity and deformation capacity. The bearing capacity of the member decreased as the support clear spacing increased. The GB 50010-2010 could preferably reflect the influence of support clear spacing. Rectangle section could be used to calculate the bearing capacity of precast UHPC lightweight rib floor in construction stage.
