摘 要:为推动再生类混凝土在结构工程尤其是工业化建造中的应用,结合实际工程中常用的倒"T"型板构件,提出一种预制层为钢纤维再生类混凝土、现浇层为普通混凝土的叠合板(半再生-半普通混凝土叠合板),并开展了3块足尺叠合板和3块足尺预制底板试件的静载受弯试验及双面剪切试验研究,对比分析了该类叠合板与普通混凝土叠合板及预制底板受力性能异同,研究了其承载力、变形特征以及不同混凝土材料所形成的叠合面协同工作性能。结果表明:半再生-半普通混凝土叠合板与普通混凝土叠合板受弯破坏过程类似,均经历了弹性、弹塑性及破坏三个阶段,具有较高的承载能力,且叠合面黏结良好,均未出现脱离、空鼓及滑移等现象,具有良好的协同工作性能,可满足一般民用建筑荷载设计要求。In order to promote the application of recycled coarse aggregate concrete in civil engineering, especially in industrialized construction , combined with the commonly used inverted T-shaped panel in actual project, a composite slab was put forward , which consists of steel fiber recycled coarse aggregate concrete prefabricated layer and ordinary concrete cast-in-place layer ( semi-regeneration and semi-ordinary concrete composite plate), and the static bending test and double shear test were conducted on three full-scale composite slabs and three full-scale prefabricated base plates. The similarities and differences of flexural performance between the composite slab and ordinary concrete composite slab and prefabricated base plate were compared and analyzed, the bearing capacity, the deformation characteristics and the cooperation work performance of composite surface formed by different concrete materials were studied. The results showed that the bending failure process of semi-regeneration and semi-ordinary concrete composite slab was similar to that of ordinary concrete composite slab, it also experienced elastic, elastic-plastic and failure stages, and had good bearing capacity. The composite surface showed its good bonding behavior and there were no detachment, hollowing and slipping appeared, it could meet the requirements of normal civil building load.
