蒙药清咽六味散抗炎作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的:通过建立炎症模型组观察相关炎症介质指标,研究蒙药清咽六味散的抗炎作用及其机制。方法:建立乙酸致小鼠腹膜炎和角叉菜胶致大鼠踝关节肿胀动物模型组,测定炎症模型组血清中IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、COX-2、PGE2、HIS的含量,观察清咽六味散抗炎作用且揭示其抗炎作用机制。结果:与模型组组比较,清咽六味散显著抑制大鼠角叉菜胶性脚肿,并抑制炎症血清中COX-2活性、减少前列腺素的生成,降低IL-1α、IL-6、组胺含量。结论:蒙药清咽六味散有显著的抗炎作用,其抗炎作用与抑制COX-2活性、拮抗PGE2、组胺等炎性介质有关。另外,蒙药清咽六味散可减少血清IL-1α、IL-6含量,提示抗炎机制与抑制细胞免疫及体液免疫相关。Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of Qingyan-6 powder.Methods:The anti-inflammatory models were induced by carrageenan-induced hind swelling in rats,peritonitis model were induced byglacial acetic acid,the content of COX-2,HIS,PGE2 and IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10 were measured.Results:Qingyan-6 powder show a marked suppressive effect on carrageenan-induced hind swelling.It’s effect related to inhibition of COX-2,reduction of PGE2,IL-1α,IL-6,HIS.Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of Qingyan-6 powder may related to reduce COX-2,PGE2,IL-1α,IL-6 and HIS,inhibit cellular and humoral immunity.
