摘  要:目的探讨剪切波弹性成像(SWE)和应变性弹性成像(SE)诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。方法进行乳腺肿物切除的患者208例共247个肿物,术前接受SWE和SE检查,SWE采用弹性图分型及弹性模量最大值(Emax),SE采用改良五分法及弹性应变率比值(SR)分别对肿物进行评价,以组织病理结果为金标准,比较二者诊断乳腺癌价值。结果 247个肿物中,62个恶性肿物,185个良性肿物。SWE和SE定性指标及定量指标诊断乳腺癌AUC分别:SWE弹性图分型0.909、SE弹性评分0.927、Emax 0.938、SR 0.932,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 SWE和SE定性指标及定量指标对乳腺癌均有较好的诊断价值,各自差异无统计学意义。Objective To explore shear-wave elastography(SWE)and strain elastography(SE)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods To explore the value of qualitative and quantitative analysis of SWE and SE in diagnosis of breast cancer according to pathological results by accessing 247 lesions of 208 patients who were examined by the two methods before surgery.Results There were 62 malignant tumor,and 185 benign tumors.Area under receiver operating characteristic curve of qualitative and quantitative analysis of SWE and SE were:SWE pattern classification:0.909,Elasticity scores:0.927,Emax:0.938,SR:0.932,the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions SWE and SE have high diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
