摘 要:目的以猪甲状腺小单元热消融灶为研究对象,探讨移动消融技术在不同热消融方式中的特点。方法微波、射频及激光消融离体新鲜猪甲状腺形成最大径约1cm的小单元热消融灶,消融中、消融后对比观察消融特点。结果微波、射频及激光消融针发射能量方式不同,小单元热消融灶适形性、近边缘最高温度及病理组织坏死程度等不同。结论三种小单元热消融灶的特点不同,提示移动消融技术在不同热消融方式中运用的布针及方案应该不同。Objective To compare the characteristics of the three thermal ablation methods of Ex vivo fresh pig thyroid glands in the moving-shot technique.Methods Ex vivo pig thyroid grands were ablated by microwave,radiofrequency and laser to obtain thyroid ablated tissue with a maximum diameter of 1 cm.All cases in the three groups were observed and recorded during ablation and after ablation,respectively.Results The ways of emission energy of microwave,radiofrequency and laser ablation needles were different,and the conformation of thermal ablation zone,the maximum temperatures of the proximal edge in the ablation zones,and the degree of pathological tissue necrosis in the ablation zone were also different.Conclusions There was the difference in needle placement procedures and moving plans among the three ablated methods by comparative study.
