超声造影下引导穿刺活检对包块型盆腔结核的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影下引导活检对包块型盆腔结核的诊断价值。方法随机将56例患者分为两组,A组22例,B组34例,两组患者年龄上无统计学差异,A组行超声引导下穿刺活检术;B组经超声造影后行超声引导下穿刺活检术,总结取材完整率以及病理诊断阳性率。结果 A、B两组组织完整率分别为27.3%和61.7%,B组活检组织完整率高于A组,χ~2为12.63,P值<0.05;A、B两组病理诊断阳性率分别为31.8%和91.1%,病理诊断阳性率高于A组,χ~2为21.57,P值<0.05。结论盆腔包块型结核应用超声造影下引导穿刺活检术,可提高取材完整率以及病理诊断阳性率,在诊断中有重要的实用价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of guided biopsy under contrast-enhanced ultrasound for pelvic mass tuberculosis.Methods The 56 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.There is no statistical differences of age of patients in two groups(22 cases of group A,34 cases of group B).The biopsy of group A was guided by ultrasound.The biopsy of group B was guided by ultrasound after contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The complete rates and pathological diagnosis positive rates of two groups were summarized.Results The complete rate of group A is 27.3%.The complete rate of group B is 61.7%,it′s higher than group A(χ~2=12.63,P<0.05).The pathological diagnosis positive rate of group A is 31.8%.The pathological diagnosis positive rate of group B is 91.1%,it′s higher than group A(χ~2=21.57,P<0.05).Conclusions The complete rate and pathological diagnosis positive rate can be improved,by guided biopsy under contrast-enhanced ultrasound,it has important practical value in the diagnosis of pelvic mass tuberculosis.
