摘　　要：党领导发展的法治化水平,就是党自觉运用法治思维和法治方式来深化改革、推动发展、化解矛盾、维护社会稳定的水平,具体体现在党领导经济发展水平、党领导社会发展水平和党领导自身建设水平等方面。党的十八大以来,党贯彻新发展理念,将法治思维和法治意识融入到领导经济发展、社会发展和党的自我革命中,实现了提高党领导发展的法治化水平的理论创新。立足新时代需要通过完善与现代化经济体系相配套的法治体系、维护社会公平正义和开展自我革命等方式,不断提高党领导发展的法治化水平。The level of rule of law led and developed by the party is the level our party has got in deepening the reform, promoting the development, solving the contradictions, keeping the social stability through conscious use of the sense and methods of rule of law. To be specific, the level embodies the level of economic development led by the party, the one of social development by the party, and the one of self-building by the party. Since the 18 th congress,our party has carried out the new concept of development and blended the sense and thinking of rule of law into the economic development, social development and self-revolution and thus made a theoretical innovation in leading and developing the level of rule of law.
