摘　　要：以中国移动深圳信息大厦为例,介绍了国家绿色建筑运行标识认证,并从施工管理、运营管理和检测验证三个维度分析了中国移动深圳信息大厦的绿色建筑施工和运营管理措施,探讨了运行标识申报的重难点,并提出了运行标识申报的相关建议。Proceeding from the practice in China Mobile SZ Communication Building, this paper introduces the Green Building Operation Certification from three dimensions of construction management, operation managementand testing. It analyses the green construction and operation management measures applied by China Mobile SZ Communication Building. In this paper, the analysis of typical key and difficult points duringthe process of Green Building Operation Certification is given andcorrespondingsolution suggestions are proposed.
