沈阳市发展体育主题酒店的策略研究

摘　　要：指出了随着第三产业蓬勃发展、酒店服务产业竞争加剧、消费者需求多样化等因素影响,酒店类型也随之更新换代。西方传统的酒店模式化服务已经无法满足现有消费群体的需求,主题酒店应运而生。在分析影响沈阳开发主题酒店的相关因素的基础上,提出了沈阳体育主题酒店的发展应从酒店的主题定位、主题氛围营造、主题产品开发以及主题服务等方面入手,使用SWOT对沈阳体育主题酒店的发展进行了分析,得出相关结论,并对沈阳未来发展体育旅游酒店给出了合理化对策及建议。With the vigorous development of the tertiary industry, the intensification of competition in the hotel service industry, the diversification of consumer demand and hotel types are also updated. Western traditional hotel model service has been unable to meet the needs of the existing consumer groups. Theme hotels emerged as the times require. Based on the analysis of the relevant factors affecting the development of theme hotels in Shenyang, this paper proposes that the development of sports theme hotels in Shenyang should start from the aspects of theme orientation, theme atmosphere building, theme product development and theme service, using SWOTto Shenyang Sports Theme Hotel. The development was analyzed;the relevant conclusions were drawn and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for Shenyang's future development of sports tourism hotels.
