摘 要:提出了尼龙作为气体炮的弹带材料,使用有限元方法对不同弹带模型进行比较,分析不同结构尺寸的尼龙弹带模型的挤进过程;结果表明,尼龙弹带能够满足气体炮的发射要求,双排弹带的结构设计优于单排弹带。The nylon was put forward as the material of the rotating bands of the air gun. The finite element method was used to compare the different models of the rotating bands, and the engraving process of the nylon rotating bands model with different structure sizes was obtained. Nylon rotating bands can meet the firing requirements of the gun, and the structural design of the two rotating bands is superior to that of the single one.
