摘　　要：支气管扩张症是-种常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,国外少见,对其关注不足,我国于2012年首次发布了《成人支气管扩张症诊治专家共识》,国外亦先后发表了一些相关指南,基于此现状,本文就该病诊治进展方面作一综述。Bronchiectasis is a common chronic respiratory disorder, but it is not common in abroad. It lacked enough attention for a long time. In 2012 ? first expert consensus on bronchiectasis in adults was announced in China. Some foreign guidelines of this disorder were also announced successively. Based on this situation? this paper reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis in adults.
