摘　　要：连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)是危重症医学常用的器官功能支持手段之一,是抢救各种危重患儿的必备利器,目前被广泛应用于肾脏和非肾脏疾病的治疗。为避免滤器管路凝血,保证CRRT能够顺利完成,需要给予抗凝治疗。抗凝方案的选择需遵循个体化原则,依照患者自身疾病情况、凝血状况及可获得的适宜药物和医护人员的经验等情况来综合判定。Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is one of the commonly used organ functional su-pport methods in critical disease.It is an essential tool to rescue all kinds of critically ill children.Currently, it is widely used in the treatment of renal and non-renal diseases.In order to avoid coagulation in the filter or pipeline and ensure the smooth completion of CRRT, anticoagulation treatment is required.The selection of anticoagulant program should follow the principle of individualization and be comprehensively judged according to the patients′ own disease condition, blood coagulation condition, available appropriate drugs and medical staff′s experience.
