摘　　要：目的了解贵州省职业健康检查机构医务人员对职业性噪声聋相关知识知晓及需求情况,为提高服务质量及制定培训计划提供依据。方法通过问卷调查从事噪声作业健康检查的医务人员的基本信息、噪声基础知识、职业健康检查及诊断知识、法律法规、需求等情况,用SPSS22.0进行一般统计分析及多因素logistic回归分析。结果职业性噪声聋相关知识总知晓率为62.09%,知晓及格率为63.91%,知晓较好率为13.48%;多因素logistic回归分析显示是否参加过相关培训和是否具备物理因素类职业病诊断医师资格证与职业性噪声聋知识得分存在关联。80.00%以上人员希望培训1～2次/年,培训方式以示教与实习、案例分析为主。结论贵州省职业健康检查医务人员对职业性噪声聋相关知识知晓率普遍偏低,建议加大培训力度,增加理论与实践相结合的培训方式。Objective To understand the awareness and demand of occupational noise-induced deafness related knowledge among occupational health examinations personnel in Guizhou,so as to provide a basis for improving service quality and formulating training plans.Methods The medical personnel performing health checks on workers exposed to noise were investigated by questionnaires to obtain basic information and knowledge on noise,occupational health check-up and diagnostic knowledge,relevant laws and regulations,needs,etc.SPSS22.0 was used for general statistical analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis.Results The overall awareness rate,awareness passing rate and good rate of occupational noise-induced deafness related knowledge were 62.09%,63.91%,13.48%,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that participating in training and occupational disease caused by physical factors diagnostic physician qualifications were associated with knowledge scores.More than 80.00%of the medical personnel hope to be trained 1-2 times per year,and the training methods mainly include teaching,practice and case analysis.Conclusion The medical personnel performing occupational health checks generally have low awareness rate of occupational noise-induced deafness related knowledge in Guizhou.It is recommended that more training should be conducted and adopting training methods combining theory with practice.
